When and earthquake hits and takes lives as it did in Japan, it makes things like blogging seem insignificant, which it is in a way. I think writing and sharing is what makes us feel connected, so that's how I justify it. As I type I'm doing my vocals, (that I seem to worm out of most of the time), my cat is trying to lay on my keypad, and I'm texting people to get to the MINT gig on Monday. My life is complicated at times, but I feel blessed to be an artist even through all the crap and lucky to be alive in a safe home, happy to have a body that can run, sing, dance and I hope you all do too. Continue to see the blessings we all have as opposed to what we don't. That's a tough one for me..... but I'll work on it if you do! xo
